If you have used the Caudalie Beauty Elixir or are contemplating purchasing it and are not a fan of its price, smell or alcohol content (who wants to spray alcohol on their face!!!) then do consider Simple Moisture Boost Hydro Mist which is an excellent alternative at an affordable price and it is not just for people with sensitive skin. My favourite combination at the moment is Bare Minerals , ELF HD Powder and Simples Hydro Mist which is applied to prevent my makeup from looking powdery and I do not need to retouch all day long.  I do tend to respritz at around 7pm more to feel refreshed as opposed to retouching my makeup and trying to prevent it from sliding off my face. I have not tried this combination in a heat wave, or with other forms of foundation. The Hydro Mist has been in my travel makeup bag since I received it, and is definitely on my list of beauty must haves for Summer and for those who use Mineral Makeup.
