A multi tasking cream (lotion) suitable for all skin types and suitable for face, hands and body; claims like this bring out the skeptic in me but lets be frank, olive oil and shea butter used on their own can also make those claims. The cream (cocoa butter and oats (avena sativa)) are fused in steam with essential oil ingredients which include oats sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, lavender oil, chamomile blue oil, orange blossom, rose absolute and neroli. Wonderful ingredients you can pop into your local apothecary order these essential oils and make your own moisturising oil. As per the ingredients, I like its clean smell, it’s not a rosemary, peppermint and black pepper refreshing clean smell, but clean. I think it’s the lavender, neroli and rose absolute combination that has me coming back to the word clean. Unfortunately as a cream this product contains parabens and perfume why do you need perfume when you use neroli and rose absolute? The consistency of the product is light as a lotion presumably this is due to the steam infusion technology that is used to create the product, it dries matt, perhaps too matt for my hands (I am used to using L’Occitane and Olivier and Co’s shea butter hand creams), I was hesitant on using it on my face, but did and did not notice any difference (I prefer Korres as a face cream) but absolutely loved it as a body cream. And I am a body oil enthusiast. No irritations, I didn’t expect any with its ingredients. The advantage this product has over any other in the marketplace is that its perfect for camping, cycling, hiking enthusiasts a three in one cream in a light stainless steel packaging, that’s your weight issues sorted out. A friend of mine is hiking from Lisboa to Fatima, and I will definitely be buying this for her.
